These Terms apply to all users, including but not limited to browsers, vendors, customers, and anyone engaging with our website or services. By making a purchase or using our products, you also accept the responsibility to review any updates or changes to these Terms, as continued use of the website or products constitutes agreement to the modified Terms.

Disclaimer

By purchasing or using an electric scooter from Ecoreco, you acknowledge and accept that riding an electric scooter involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, collisions with vehicles or pedestrians, falls, environmental hazards (such as uneven or wet roads), and even death or other accidents resulting from the use or misuse of the scooter.

Ecoreco, its directors, shareholders, representatives, employees, agents, distributors, affiliates, and other partners are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses, including death, that may occur while riding the scooter, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to rider error, equipment malfunction, or any unforeseen circumstances.

By using our scooters, you assume full responsibility for your own safety, including but not limited to ensuring that the scooter is properly maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines. You agree to release Ecoreco, as well as all aforementioned parties, from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the use of the scooter, whether related to improper maintenance, user negligence, or environmental conditions.

Safety Reminder

Prior to riding your scooter, we highly recommend taking the time to thoroughly familiarize yourself with its operation, features, and safety guidelines. Always wear proper protective gear, including but not limited to a helmet, gloves, knee and elbow pads, and any other safety equipment appropriate for your riding conditions.

Compliance with Laws

The Customer agrees to adhere to all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations governing electric scooter use, including traffic laws and public safety standards. It is the Customer's responsibility to stay informed about and comply with these laws and regulations.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from the use of Ecoreco products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be conducted exclusively in the federal or state courts located within California.
