When will my order be shipped?
Orders ship within 2 business days, and you'll get a tracking number by email once dispatched.
Where are you shipping from?
All orders are currently shipped from our California warehouse at 5150 Edison Ave, Unit B, Chino, CA 91710.
Why does the tracking info say "a label has been created"?
In most cases, tracking updates within 2–3 business days. During peak seasons like Black Friday or major holidays, delays may occur. If your tracking hasn’t updated after a few days, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
How Long Does Delivery Take & Do You Ship Internationally?
Shipping usually takes 2-6 business days, depending on your location. We currently only ship within the contiguous United States and do not deliver to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or international addresses.
Can I pick up the scooter at your warehouse?
At this time, local pickup is only available from our Silicon Valley warehouse at 46707 Fremont Boulevard, Fremont, CA 94538. To arrange a pickup, please contact us at support@recopev.com after placing your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also choose Shop Pay Installments at checkout for flexible payment options.
Can I cancel my order or return the scooter?
Yes, you can. We offer a 30-day return policy for scooters that are unused or have been ridden for less than 10 miles.

How does your warranty work?
We offer a 12–18 month warranty on key components. If your scooter experiences an issue covered under warranty, we’ll first send you the necessary replacement parts free of charge.
You also have the option to bring your scooter to one of our authorized service partners—we’ll supply the parts and cover the repair costs. If no partner is available near you, you may take it to any local scooter repair shop, and we’ll cover the service expenses.
Alternatively, you can ship the scooter back to our headquarters where our technicians will inspect and repair it for you.

Had to tweak a few things at first, but now it rides like a dream. The scooter’s got power, range, and comfort—definitely solid for daily commuting.
I weigh 240 lbs and this scooter is able to take me to 37 mph! I’ve tried lots of other scooters near this price and weight and none of them is able to do what the Dualtron Forever can do. The scooter weights only 53lbs., folds up very small but yet has a wide deck and it costs less than $1,300! You can’t find that anywhere. I’ve tried other scooters under $1,200 that say 40 mph, but they end up weighing 80lbs or more and they can’t go past 32 mph because of my weight. The suspension is also another great thing I love on this Dualtron. It doesn’t bottom out. The accelerator is smooth and has enough punch to get me going off the line. The only down side, is that it has to be in the highest setting to achieved 37 mph and riding around like that and weight 230 lbs, I’m only able to get 13-15 miles of range. Which I’m ok with because I don’t take long trips.
Their prices are better than other sites, and they even gave me a discount code! The customer service was great, and the scooter is fast. Absolutely love it!
