Shipping Policy

1. Free Shipping Guidelines

Ecoreco offers free shipping on all e-scooter orders to those living in the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska, or Hawaii. Our deliveries are fulfilled primarily by FedEx Ground shipping and are subject to the operation of these partnered delivery companies. We are currently unable to ship directly to PO Boxes or APOs.

 

2. Delivery Scheduling

When ordering an item from our website, we are able to ship the order in 1-2 business days. After your shipment is picked up by FedEx Ground, we will contact you with the shipment information and tracking number.

FedEx Ground provides shipment to your provided address within 2-6 business days. All delivery dates provided by the Ecoreco team are estimated time frames.

3. Order Tracking

To follow the status of your order through ecorecoscooter.com, please sign up for an official account through our website. This will allow you to retain the information about your current and previous orders, as well as allow you to receive direct information about your shipments and the tracking status. Once you are provided your tracking number from the Ecoreco team, you can input the number on our site to follow the delivery status.
