When will my order be shipped?
The Dualtron X Limited exceeds FedEx’s maximum weight limit of 150 lbs. Because of this, we coordinate shipment via a freight carrier, which may require up to 7-10 business days to arrange and deliver.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our California warehouse.
How Long Does Delivery Take & Do You Ship Internationally?
Shipping usually takes 7-10 business days, depending on your location. We currently only ship within the contiguous United States and do not deliver to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or international addresses.
Can I pick up the scooter at your warehouse?
At this time, local pickup is only available from our Silicon Valley warehouse at 46707 Fremont Boulevard, Fremont, CA 94538. To arrange a pickup, please contact us at support@recopev.com after placing your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also choose Shop Pay Installments at checkout for flexible payment options.
Can I cancel my order or return the scooter?
Yes, you can. We offer a 30-day return policy for scooters that are unused or have been ridden for less than 10 miles.

How does your warranty work?
We offer a 12–18 month warranty on key components. If your scooter experiences an issue covered under warranty, we’ll first send you the necessary replacement parts free of charge.
You also have the option to bring your scooter to one of our authorized service partners—we’ll supply the parts and cover the repair costs. If no partner is available near you, you may take it to any local scooter repair shop, and we’ll cover the service expenses.
Alternatively, you can ship the scooter back to our headquarters where our technicians will inspect and repair it for you.
